Town Hall September 21, 2016
The United States Embassy in Tashkent is hosting a Town Hall for U.S. citizens with a focus on absentee voting on September 21 at 6:00 pm at the Wyndham Hotel in Tashkent city. Food and drinks will be provided. You’ll have an opportunity to meet U.S. Ambassador Pamela L. Spratlen who will speak briefly about issues relevant to U.S. citizens residing in Uzbekistan, including absentee voting in this year’s elections and answer questions of general interest about the activities of the Embassy here in Tashkent. Of course, we also welcome questions regarding passports and visas, voting, and other emergency and non-emergency citizen services.
This event is open to U.S. citizens, dual nationals, and parents of children who are U.S. citizens. You may RSVP to ConsularTashkent@state.gov but it is not necessary. We hope to see you on September 21!

If you don’t have internet access, enroll directly with the nearest U.S. embassy or consulate.
Regularly monitor the Department of State website at https://travel.state.gov/, where you can find current Travel Warnings, Travel Alerts, and the Worldwide Cautions.
