EducationUSA Advising Center

Do you want to study in the United States?  If so, you have found the right place to begin your path toward U.S. higher education.  The EducationUSA Advising Center at the U.S. Embassy in Tashkent is here to help you by offering accurate, comprehensive, and current information about applying to U.S. colleges and universities.

Presentations/Group Sessions

Every Thursday, the EducationUSA Advising Center organizes free group advising sessions. These weekly presentations, followed by Q&A sessions, cover various aspects of studying in the U.S. and are typically held in English.  They help students understand application processes, meet with university representatives, better prepare for standardized tests, learn about the experiences of American university alumni from Uzbekistan, and much more. To receive updates on scholarships and events join our Telegram channel.

Individual Advising

Make an individual appointment to meet with our expert Education Adviser to discuss your particular interests and concerns. Individual counseling is available by appointment only. Please note that students must attend a group session entitled “Five Steps to U.S. Study” prior to meeting with an adviser. (Exceptions are made to regional students visiting Tashkent for a short period.)

To make an appointment, call or e-mail the EducationUSA Advising Center.
