The U.S. Embassy in Tashkent is pleased to announce the launch of the second round of the “Learn English with Alumni” project. U.S. Exchange Alumni will conduct two different English language courses three times a week, each class lasting an hour and a half. The first program, “Language in Use,” will cater to people aged above 14 years. The second program, “TOEFL Preparation Course,” will be taught for English learners above the intermediate proficiency level. The TOEFL preparation course also aims to help students applying to U.S. universities and colleges.
These study programs develop your practical communication skills with special emphasis on conversation, pronunciation and listening. In addition to practicing and enhancing your English language skills, you can also learn about American culture in order to gain a better understanding of life in the United States.
